Ward Update

Since the 20th of March the ward has had

 2 calls regarding ASB, 

1 was regarding poachers on the Moor rd.

1 was regarding Wilkinson St. More on this later.

11 Crime related calls were made to police, these consisted of

3 violence against the persons

1 was regarding a property on Catherine St, 1 male arrested.

1 was regarding ex partners and the other was over land/stables and horses.

1 Burglary reported, this was an ex-partner getting property back.

2 criminal damages.

1 was damage to fences and crops on farmland by quads and Off road bikes.

1 was domestic related.

1 fraud and forgery#

1 theft 

And 3 other crime related offences.

Other work.

1 male arrested for violence and recall to prison.

Intervention work carried out with 2 pupils at Lingdale school after reports that they had kicked doors of houses in Lingdale. A report was submitted to the council ASB officer.

Tenants on Davison St have been served eviction notice by the Landlord to be out by mid-May.

Ward priority update

A property on Wilkinson St, is being shuttered by the housing Assoc after the tenant evicted.

We have several Op Endurance coming up, these are used to target the illegal use of Off-Road bikes and quads.
